Locums – Columbia, South Carolina, CRNA Openings (Willing to License)
Clinical Role:

    • Start Date: 5/21/2024
    • Contract Length: 6 months
    • Shift Details: 7am-3pm M-F or 7a-5pm
    • Schedule: Weekend (12hr) Shift required every 6 weeks with a 7p - 7a option
    • Work Details: 4 days per week
    • Support staff: 1 MDA for weekend shift; typically, 15 cases per day
    • Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time; Combination of 8 hour or 10 hour or 12 hours shifts per week
    • Patients per day: 60/40 Adults/Peds
    • Patient population/age: 2 years – Adult (Pediatrics is required)
    • Department description: Level 1 Trauma Center with high acuity patient population. Our current OR schedule is approx. In need of CRNAs who enjoy elective healthy pediatrics. ACT model with 4:1 ratio
    • EMR: EPIC
    • Hospital bed size: 649
    • Special procedures: Out of OR locations to include GI, Cath lab, MRI and IR. MUST be able to perform ALL cases for weekend shift
    • Skills required: Delivery and management of general, MAC, and regional anesthesia. Arterial line insertion is preferred. No transplants or hearts
    • Practice Setting: Hospital
    • Board Certification: NBCRNA
    • State license required: SC
    • Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS *no exceptions
    • Minimum experience required: Must be out of training and have been practicing medicine for at least 2 years
